Eggless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with Whole Wheat Flour

This week’s cookies at my home are Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chips, little treat for my Little One😃 She doesn’t get chocolates that frequently, so these are even more fascinating for her.

But don’t worry the other things are well taken care of while making these cookies, these are made with whole wheat flour and brown sugar and lots of peanut butter which is home-made😋 If you would like here is the Home-made Peanut Butter recipe for you😊

  • 1 & 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt(skip if you are using salted butter)

  • First of all, sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl and keep asideIMG20170328185905
  • Now, take butter and peanut butter in a large bowl and mix well with a manual or electric whisk
  • Add sugar and mix very well, if you are using a hand whisk, using powdered sugar will save lots of timeIMG20170328190353
  • Once these are mixed well add milk and again mix properly
  • Now gradually add flour mix to this and fold gently, then add chocolate chips. You can also add some chopped Peanuts
  • Now turn on your oven for preheating at 180 degrees
  • While the oven is being heated, line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange small dough balls on it keeping some distance between each of themIMG20170328193431
  • Now bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes in the middle rack till you see some color on sides of the cookiesIMG20170328195747

Cool them and store. These are soft and chewy, can be kept up to a month but they won’t last even a week😍😉
