Baked Corn Kebabs

These corn Kebabs are crunchy on outside and gooey inside🤗. These are easy to make and nutritious plus they are a real quick snack and a nice appetizer. They are ‘Baked’ with almost no oil and that makes them even healthier.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fine chopped coriander
  • 1 green chilly chopped
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly crushed black pepper to taste
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh Crushed black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Process:

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  • Wash thoroughly and then process the corn in food processor to make a paste
  • Grate the boiled potatoes and add to a mixing bowl or plate
  • To this add the corn paste and rest all the ingredients and mix well
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place shaped kebabs over it, you can make any shape that you likeIMG20171005203106
  • Bake the kebabs at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn over all of them and drizzle a tsp olive oil over and then bake for another 10 minutes till there is a golden crust on top.

If you wish you can skip that 1 tsp oil as well, makes no big difference in taste and looks. Serve them with your favorite chutney and enjoy.😍IMG20171005215607
