Microwave Creamy Pasta

Try this creamy and quick microwave pasta recipe when you are short of time. It’s not instant noodles every time you see πŸ˜‰ Pasta counts for a full meal definitely, but there are times when you get those Big Hunger Pangs between the meal times. And there could be nothing more satisfying than a bowl of hearty creamy pasta. Ingredients:

This one is prepared in individual serving bowls/ or you can make it in a big bowl all together as well

  • ΒΌ cup of pasta(choose a small size variety)
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp fine chopped spring onions

Process:

  • Take the pasta in a microwave safe bowl and immerse it in water, just enough to cover it. Pop it in microwave for 2 minutes and then checkIMG20170909182101

  • In the meantime in another bowl combine together milk, cheese, carrots and spring onions, mix them and add salt and pepper to taste and again mix
  • Take out the pasta from microwave and remove excess water if there is any left. Now to this bowl of pasta add the milk mixture and mix wellIMG20170909183606
